All major credit cards are accepted as well as cash, check, and HSA/FSA cards.

The card on file will be charged automatically the night of each appointment.

Physical payment is due at the end of each session.

I will soon be providing services to clients in person in Seattle, Washington. Sessions currently take place virtually. I also provide virtual services to individuals in Maryland and Virginia.

Bluebird Therapy does not accept insurance. I can, however, provide superbills, invoices, etc. for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Accepting insurance requires giving clients a diagnosis, which stays on your permanent record, and there are many times in which clients do not require a diagnosis and would benefit from therapy. Being an out-of-network provider means being able to provide care without the requirement to diagnose when unnecessary or time limits on services.
